overview

Our unique circular approach allows learners to key into the area most pertinent to their needs. We have outlined each area of the learning process.  Learners can either select the specific area of interest or they can work towards a group qualification, for example a Vocational Qualification in Management or a Certificate in Management

induction

All our programmes start with a full induction for every learner. This will normally take place at the learner's place of work and will cover all the requirements of the programme.

project driven, solution focused

We take a project-led and solution focused approach to any qualification or development programme.

The project must address an agreed business need between the company and the candidate.

This will equip the individual with the appropriate management and leadership skills to help them excel in their job, whilst at the same time producing a measurable benefit for the company.

Learning Connections is designed to let you see how our services can be used in part or in their entirety to help solve organisational issues. We offer full management and learning and development programmes and/or byte sized chunks of learning to suit the organisations needs.
