With our in depth knowledge of our clients we are able to adapt quickly in challenging business circumstances and offer customised training programmes.

These programmes are usually shorter in length than the full programmes and generally are one day to five day programmes.

How do our customised courses work?

We start each session with a practical exercise where they get to know each other a bit better. We then give them guidelines on what to expect and what we expect of them. We have a delivered session around the session objectives and then delve a little deeper into the topic. We have a workshop at this stage where the groups work together to identify real issues.

The groups present their findings back. We use the findings from the workshops to determine the direction of the following delivered session. At this point we are starting to identify the most useful tools in order to find and implement solutions.
