As an international company operating a 24/7 manufacturing schedule, Training Matters worked in partnership with National Semi to develop a management development programme that would meet their needs and that of their employees. National were already committed to online learning and had an excellent Learning Centre available to all employees. This worked exceptionally well with Training Matter's own online learning tool.
