Westin Turnberry Resort

Carol Ramsay as HR Manager for the Westin Turnberry Resort the 5 star luxury hotel in Ayrshire, has responsibility for the HR function within the hotel and realised that often her own development was neglected. She joined Training Matters to undertake a management level 4 qualification. During the period of her qualification Carol was involved with implementing HR policies, sourcing and introducing new HR software and was part of the Six Sigma team.
